FAQ

When will I receive my order?

Orders are first processed, which takes about 5-10 days and then shipped out soon after submitting your order.

Once an item ships, it will arrive to you within 2-4 days if you are located in the continental US and 8-12 days for International orders. Some international orders may vary on delivery date depending on the destination's customs clearance timeframe. If orders are not received by 31 days please always refer to your local customs or government carrier.

 Do you offer international shipping?

We ship worldwide!

For all international orders the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Please note we are unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery, as this is something your country assigns. For questions regarding customs fees we suggest contacting your local government. 

Why do I have to pay extra shipping/taxes when my order gets to my country?

This is not an additional shipping charge. What you are incurring are taxes or duty tariffs from your government. 

Custom fees are: "a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders. The purpose of Customs Duty is to protect each country's economy, residents, jobs, environment, etc., by controlling the flow of goods, especially restrictive and prohibited goods, into and out of the country..."

I made a mistake on my order, can I fix it?

We process your orders as soon as they're made. You can reach out to us ASAP, but we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to change your order after it's been made. 

We do not make changes to addresses. Please ensure accurate shipping/billing addresses.

My order was returned back to you, what can I do?

Because we do not make changes after orders are fulfilled, if your order was returned/sent back to us due to incorrect/incomplete address. We will gladly prepare and ship another order to you. You will receive an invoice for the new shipping cost.

I think my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you think your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS or your local post office (refer to your tracking number).

However if your order included insurance you can file a claim with our insurance partner by contacting them through HELP button on your order tracking page.

Do you accept returns?

At this time, all orders are final once we enter into production.  We do accept cancellations before we submit to production.  You may request to cancel your order by emailing us at support@daddyyankeeshop.com immediately after placing your order as we typically begin processing orders as they are received.

Do you offer refunds/exchanges?

We offer refunds in full for damaged goods only.  If we have the inventory available, we will replace your item at no cost.  Please email support@daddyyankeeshop.com within 72 hours, if you receive a damaged item and a member of our customer service team will assist in the refund or exchange.  

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as payments through Paypal.  Your payments are 100% secure!
